If you want to increase your chances of a successful sabotage you can increase the number of spies you have, and/or decrease the amount of damage caused using the slider.
battle players with high honor and equal or more level then you. They changed the system. You just need to attack a player within a certain range. I can be a level 30 with 3000 honor and still be able to get glory from a level 30 with 500 honor. The bigger the battle is, the more glory you get.
