Posted July 27, 2021. I just got No Man's Sky on steam with the intent to play it in VR, as soon as I got in I immediately noticed the stuttering and the lag. I've tried setting my settings to the lowest possible but that did little to nothing, I am using the quest 2 with Virtual Desktop I also have SSW on at 120 fps medium graphics and 100MBPS
If you are in my boots, such as having a PC configuration that on paper and by experience with other games (for example it eats Arkham Knight, Witcher 3, TW: Warhammer for breakfast) should run NMS flawlessly but you still have poor and unstable fps like I did - often 60 but microstuttering, dropping to 25 even - these configuarion changes may

Maybe the gpu dont increase the Clock to full or changes the clock all the time while in no mans If nothink helps post you TKGRAPHICSSETTINGS.MXML Maybe somethink is wrong there

The FPS is horrendously low, and tends to dip to below 10 quite often. Here's my rig: GPU: GTX 765m 2gb. CPU: i7 4702HQ 2.2ghz. RAM: 8gb. I don't mind playing on a resolution like 1280x720, but I'd really like to be able to experience NMS for myself.
