Using Brother HL-2040 with M1 MacBook Air I have an Apple iMac M1 on order. I would like to continue to use a Brother HL-2040 laser printer with the new iMac over a USB cable connection. Does anyone know if Brother has macOS 11.3 M1 compatible drivers available. I am search myself but no good information yet.

OK, so I can make the audio dropouts go away completely by doing one of two things: 1 - turn off wifi. or. 2 - switch the wifi network I use from 5g to 2.4g. Now I also noticed that if I switch to 2.4 and then back to 5g with the headphones connected, it then runs fine without any dropouts. When the M1‌ MacBook Air, ‌M1‌ MacBook Pro 13-inch, and ‌M1‌ Mac mini models arrived in customers' hands, a number of owners almost immediately began reporting various Bluetooth problems ranging from intermittent disconnects of wireless peripherals to completely non-functional Bluetooth connections. Based on reviews on the Internet and the posts in this topic, I came to the conclusion that the root of the problem is the faulty Bluetooth 5.0 module in Mac minis and Macbook laptops with M1 series chips. Maybe, the same issue is present in the MacBook Pro M2 because it has a Bluetooth 5.0 module, too.

Got the M1 Mac Mini today and I’m having the same problem. I returned my M1 MacBook Air before because it had similar problems plus the screen was horrendously uncalibrated despite changing every possible setting. Apple need to fix a lot of the issues on the M1 line.
